No. Mark catches and discoveries yourself as you play. Account sync keeps your AniimoVerse checklist in sync; it does not connect to your game save.
Yes. Each form has its own caught status, shared across its spawn locations. Use its coloration checks to track Normal, Sparkling, Dazzling Sparkling and Shadow Sparkling. Any checked coloration marks the form caught. Clearing the form clears its colorations; unchecking one coloration keeps the form caught. Previous catches are preserved without assuming a coloration. Previous species-level catches count toward the Basic Form; check off other forms as you catch them. Map discoveries are tracked by location. Overall completion combines Aniimo forms and map entries.
