We respect copyright and act on valid notices quickly. If material on AniimoVerse infringes a work you own or represent, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA notice”.
What a notice needs
Identify the work, give the exact URL of the page carrying it, state that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized, confirm under penalty of perjury that your statements are accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and include your name and contact details plus a physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We aim to review every complete notice within three business days and remove or disable the material we find infringing. Notices missing the elements above will be returned for completion rather than actioned.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, reply to the same address with a counter-notice: the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you hold that belief, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside.
Related policies
What AniimoVerse claims as its own work, and what you may reuse with credit, is set out in the terms of use. Where the site’s Aniimo data comes from is covered there too. For what we collect and how long we keep it, see the privacy policy. Game names and artwork belong to the game’s publisher, and the Aniimo database credits its sources.
