Build the workforce as the RV grows
Use this as a staffing review at each RV milestone, not a promise that a creature unlocks at that level. RV progression and world exploration are separate: recruit an available form that covers the job, then upgrade it when the next area or evolution is accessible.
| RV stage | What to staff first | When to replace a worker |
|---|---|---|
| RV 1 | Complete Fannie’s manual Wheat loop. Keep Emberpup available for the opening objective; prepare a separate worker bench. | Do not remove the only creature your field team needs just to prepare automation. |
| RV 2 · 8 places | Workers unlock. Cover the active crop formula, food production and Hauling through Storage. The upgrade grants 8 Home places. | Fill missing jobs before raising a covered ability from Lv 1 to Lv 3. |
| RV 3 · 11 places | Inspect every new formula’s Ability Distribution before expanding production. Preserve planting, watering and harvesting coverage for the crop chain. | Replace the slowest required job when unfinished work accumulates; do not replace workers just because the RV level changed. |
| RV 4 · 14 places | Review processing and storage alongside the expanded layout. Keep enough Hauling coverage to move completed output. Order refreshing opens here. | If output is capped at a facility, check storage and hauling before adding another production worker. |
| RV 5 · 17 places | Compare the Wheat loop with a Soybean plan in the production lab before moving staff. The Resource Detector and Crafting Module go on sale, so an Earth miner and an Artisanship crafter start paying. | Keep the old chain staffed until the replacement has seeds, food and all required jobs. |
| RV 6 · 20 places | The Signal Transmitter unlocks here, so three Aniimo can sit in the RV Park on Dispatch instead of in a facility. Budget them out of your coverage count. | A stronger specialist helps only when its stage is limiting the chain. Do not assume a reward form is required. |
| RV 7 · 22 places | Evaluate a Rose plan against the current crop, including processing and sale value. This level needs the Student III title, so promotion work comes first. | Keep a trained baseline workforce until the new plan completes a full production cycle. |
| RV 8 · 24 places | The Homebuilding Zone opens. Aniimo parked in it produce Bud Tickets instead of goods, which is the furniture currency, so decide how many workers you can spare from production. | Check the appearance-tag distribution on the zone panel before moving a worker in; the production bonus follows tags, not work ability. |
| RV 9 to RV 20 · 26 to 45 places | Capacity keeps climbing 2 places a level to 45. From RV 10 each upgrade also needs a Habitability score, from 13,000 up to 20,000, and RV 11, 15 and 19 need the Wayfarer I, II and III titles. | Use high-level specialists where they remove a measured bottleneck; preserve coverage elsewhere. |
| Need | Coverage first | Later candidate |
|---|---|---|
| Heating and hauling | Basic Emberpup covers Fire Lv 1 and Hauling Lv 1. | Grizbo supplies Hauling Lv 3; keep a separate Fire worker when replacing Emberpup. |
| Watering or brewing | Use an owned Water form that meets the formula. | Basic Erlath or Sherro supplies Water Lv 3. |
| Wind processing | Basic Chirpi supplies Wind Lv 1. | Basic Cornet, Tromber or Tubster supplies Wind Lv 3. |
| Earth and hauling | Fill the active formula with the available worker. | Basic Waleetle or Bouldus supplies Earth Lv 3 and Hauling Lv 3. |
Match personality to the facility after filling its jobs
A personality letter adds 20% work efficiency, once, when the worker stands in a facility that carries its letter. 19 facility types carry one. It does not replace the required elemental or general work ability, and the description does not promise 20% more item yield. Fill the formula’s Ability Distribution first; use personality to improve an otherwise suitable worker. The personality guide covers how the four letters are rolled.

Nineteen facilities carry a letter, so most of the Home has a preferred personality. The ten that do not are Farmland, Woodland, the Aniipod Maker, the Dance Pad Polisher, the Hatchinator and the auxiliary units: staff those on ability level alone.
For a Claw Game Cooker, first choose a form with the required Fire ability. Between otherwise comparable workers, one whose personality contains S adds the cooker bonus. A worker with E does not gain that cooker bonus just because the Brew Keg is nearby.
Every worker has two job axes
A production gap can ask for an elemental specialisation, a general work ability, or both. The facility’s displayed Ability Distribution is the final requirement. Species names alone are not enough because a regional form can add or replace an elemental job while keeping the same creature line.
Home Aniimo have expanded idle AI behaviours and improved work logic, and you can pet them.
| Ability | What it does | Current form profiles | Highest level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hauling | Moves stockpiled facility output into Home storage | 85 | Lv 4 |
| Artisanship | Produces furniture, appearance items and crafted Home goods | 45 | Lv 4 |
| Leisure | Produces items through play and leisure activities | 54 | Lv 4 |
| Perfumery | Works effectively at the perfume bench | 2 | Lv 3 |

Which abilities each facility needs
Facility purpose tells you which workers to recruit; the selected formula tells you the exact levels to assign. Farming chains combine several elemental jobs, every processor asks for one speciality, and Hauling moves completed stacks through a Storage Unit after production. The named work stage in the last column is the wording the Ability Distribution panel uses.

Best workers for the four general jobs
| Job | Headline worker | Level | Useful alternative |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hauling | Grizbo · Prismana | Lv 4 | Basic Grizbo provides Lv 3; many lines supply Lv 1 |
| Artisanship | Fenmane · Prismana | Lv 4 | Basic Blazen supplies Artisanship Lv 3 |
| Leisure | Somniwing · Prismana | Lv 4 | Basic Dreaple, Gracewing and Irisal supply Leisure Lv 3 |
| Perfumery | Fragrancier · Basic | Lv 3 | Dewy supplies Lv 1 |
The highest-level worker is not automatically the best assignment. A Lv 4 specialist cannot replace a missing element, and an Aniimo that anchors your combat team belongs in the field. Build a coverage bench first, then improve the slowest required ability.

Element jobs and their strongest workers
The nine elements describe a second set of Home jobs. Their labels match the combat type chart, but their production roles are separate from combat matchups.

|---|---|---|---|
| Fire · cooking and heat | 33 | Lv 4 | Infergon · Prismana |
| Water · brewing and watering | 34 | Lv 4 | Glacy · Prismana |

Regional forms can fix a staffing gap
Switching form can add an element, raise its level or change a general work role. Check the exact morphology in the regional forms guide before assuming every copy of a species staffs the same job.

A reliable staffing order
- 1Choose the formula first
Open the facility and select the output you actually want. Do not optimise a worker bench around a recipe that is not running.
- 2Read Ability Distribution
Write down every displayed element and work-ability gap. A zero is a missing job; a low positive level is a throughput bottleneck.
- 3Fill every required job once
Coverage comes before speed. One missing requirement can stop the chain, while replacing a covered Lv 1 with Lv 4 only accelerates it.
- 4Use forms to consolidate coverage
A multi-ability regional form can cover two or three shortages in one assignment and leave more workers available elsewhere.
- 5Upgrade the slowest stage
Abilities run from Lv 1 through Lv 4. Work speed depends on the operation and the worker’s ability level. Improve the stage that accumulates unfinished work. Match personalities for a 20% workload bonus and keep workers fed; without food, their workload contribution falls to 20% of its normal value.
- 6Solve production after staffing
Once the workforce is viable, enter your buildings and modules in the Homeland production optimizer to find the best Coin plan.
Frequently asked
Who is the best Hauling worker in Aniimo?
Prismana Grizbo and several other Prismana forms reach Hauling Lv 4. Basic Grizbo remains a Lv 3 option. Compare exact forms in the Hauling worker catalog and preserve your combat roster.
Which Aniimo have Perfumery?
Only two forms: Fragrancier at Lv 3 and Dewy at Lv 1. Both work the Phonolfactory Table, the only facility with Perfumery recipes. Every Crafting Table recipe, Premium Rose Freshener included, takes Artisanship.
Which personality is best for each Homeland facility?
Energetic speeds the Bouncy Brew Keg and Woodworking Bench, Instinctive the Phonolfactory Table and Dewy House, Practical the Claw Game Cooker and Chimney Kiln, Nimble the Jukebox Dryer, Blazing Stove and Floral Windmill, Tenacious the Carousel Mill and Simmering Pot, Faithful the Joy Wheel Loom, Well and Starfall Hammock, Judicious the Crafting Table, Tidewhisper Sandcastle and Nimbus Bed, and Playful the Mine and Pickling Jar. Each is 20% work efficiency.
Do regional forms change Homeland abilities?
Yes. Emberpup Highland adds Earth, Stellarys Rainstorm adds Water, and Rainstorm Luminelle adds Water Lv 2 while retaining Lightning Lv 3 and Artisanship Lv 3. Prismana Luminelle has Lightning Lv 4, Artisanship Lv 4 and Light Lv 3. Check the exact form in the Homeland worker catalog.
Does the Homeland optimizer assign Aniimo workers?
The optimizer plans facilities, recipes and production chains. Use the facility’s Ability Distribution and this form-level worker guide to staff the resulting plan.
