What Hatch Haste is

The client stores this one as a weekday rule rather than a dated event, which is why it has no announced end. It opens on weekday 5 and closes at the end of weekday 7, every week.

It applies to Hatchinators in the Outpost, in Astra and at Home. An egg already incubating when the window opens has its remaining time halved on the spot, and an egg that received the speed-up keeps it after the window closes.

Halving matters most at the top of the ladder. A Rare egg takes 10 minutes and a Prismatic egg 10 hours, so the same weekend turns a 10-hour wait into 5 and a 10-minute wait into 5 minutes.

How to take part

1. Fill every Hatchinator slot before Friday 04:00Eggs already running get their remaining time halved the moment the window opens, so loading early is strictly better than loading late.
2. Start the longest eggs firstHalving a long timer saves more real hours than halving a short one.
3. Start a cycle before the window closesRemaining time on an egg that already received the event speed-up is not clawed back on Monday.
4. Stack the Monthly Pass correctlyWith the Monthly Pass, the event halving applies first when hatching begins and the pass benefit, a flat 2-hour reduction, is applied after it.

The best line of play

• Treat Thursday night as the deadline. Every slot you leave empty until Saturday wastes half of the bonus it could have collected.
• Queue the Prismatic and Legendary eggs first. Halving a 10-hour timer saves 5 hours; halving a 10-minute Rare egg saves 5 minutes.
