Aniimo’s Gamescom 2026 trailer confirms a September 16 launch on PC and console, followed by mobile on September 23. Its biggest reveals are a full-size Homeland house, water traversal, boss-scale battles, a creature family missing from the current Aniilog and a late run of recolored forms whose official classifications remain unannounced.
That last distinction matters. Several appearances are easy to recognize, but the footage does not name them or explain what kind of form they are. Here is the clean line between what is on screen and what still needs an official label.

Homeland gets a full-size house
A furnished two-storey cottage now anchors the Homeland scene. The surrounding yard has crops, flower beds, seating, decorations and several Aniimo moving through the space, giving the area the scale of a lived-in home rather than a small camp.

This confirms that a complete house is part of the Homeland presentation. It does not confirm a construction interface, modular room system or placement rules. Until those tools appear on screen, the reliable takeaway is the finished space itself. The Homeland guide covers the systems already documented for the area.
Traversal now reaches open water
One of the clearest new sequences puts a Wayfarer on a board-like device while several Aniimo skim, jump and glide alongside them across open water. The group throws up a broad wall of spray, making this more than a shoreline animation.

The sequence confirms fast travel across the water surface. It does not reveal whether the board is equipment, a creature ability or a contextual move, and it gives no unlock condition or stamina cost.
An unlisted creature family gathers in the shallows
A large group of small, round-bodied pink creatures appears in shallow water around a larger red creature crowned by a bright flame-like crest. Their shared proportions and repeated grouping make a family connection visible, but neither creature receives a readable official name in the trailer.

AniimoVerse’s current official-wiki snapshot contains 94 Aniimo and 224 forms, and this group has no matching entry. That makes the family unlisted in the current Aniilog, not proof of its final name, element or evolution path. A separate star-like figure appears near Celestis earlier in the trailer, while a red-orange Nimbi also appears later; neither appearance is labelled clearly enough to assign a new form name.
The form reel is real; most labels are not
The late montage includes recognizable Melloblum, Somniwing, Eklue, Infergon and Inferlupa silhouettes in colors or styling that differ from their Basic entries. Melloblum carries a rose-pink palette, Eklue has an icy look, and Inferlupa wears a crown-like ornament. Those visible differences are confirmed. Their classifications are not.
The current official index lists only Basic forms for those five Aniimo. Calling every appearance Prismana, or calling the crowned Inferlupa a specific contest form, would add information the trailer never supplies. Those labels should wait for an official catalogue update.
Prismana Scorchhowl is the exception. Its white, pink and icy-blue design matches the form already recorded in the Aniilog, so this appearance can be named at form level.

The Prismana guide explains what the form category means without assigning it to the unlabelled reveals.
Group encounters get clearer feedback
A snowy encounter displays three stacked entries for the same species at the left while separate color bursts resolve across the group. The presentation makes multi-target encounters easier to read and shows that several nearby creatures can be tracked at once.

The footage does not define the colored feedback, and it never states a capture percentage. Claims that the effects mean “Lucky” or “Super Lucky,” or that a particular Anipod guarantees a catch, go beyond what this trailer confirms.
Bigger battles, but no raid or PvP confirmation
Several Aniimo converge on a towering armored, winged enemy in a cinematic team attack. Later gameplay uses boss-style health bars and a party column during other large encounters. Together, those scenes establish large enemy fights with multiple active combatants.

They do not establish multiplayer raids, direct PvP or a rank challenge system. One staged encounter places a familiar NPC opposite the Wayfarer, but no mode name, objective or progression reward appears. “NPC challenge” is a plausible reading, not a confirmed feature.
What the trailer still does not confirm
- Official names, elements and form categories for the unlisted or recolored Aniimo
- Whether the finished Homeland house can be built, expanded or customized room by room
- Whether the recording-style interface is a player-controlled video mode
- What the colored group-encounter feedback means or whether it changes catch odds
- Whether high-level flying removes stamina limits
- Whether the large battles support co-op, raids, direct PvP or rank progression
- Whether a shrimp-like silhouette on an Astra building is a catchable Aniimo
Those details may all become real features. None needs to be guessed from a few seconds of footage.
