Aniimo’s September 29 patch addresses several problems that interrupt ordinary play: catching Alphas, using controller shortcuts and unlocking achievements. For Egg Heist players, there is also a combat fix worth knowing before the next run.
Retry a blocked Alpha catch
The erroneous “Cannot catch Aniimo in its current state” message during Alpha capture has been fixed. If that message stopped a previous attempt, update the client before trying again. Our catching guide walks through the preparation and pod choices for your next hunt.
Controller and companion actions should be easier to use
The patch resolves shortcut conflicts involving viewing and gifting, leaving flight, Sparkling selection and Companion Mode. It also addresses Album stuttering on PlayStation.

Egg Heist’s Stellarys fix matters for control plans
Umbral Stellarys Alpha now receives its intended crowd-control immunity in Operation: Egg Heist. A route that depended on repeatedly disabling it needs a safer way to handle the encounter. Leave room to dodge, recover and reach the return path instead of spending every resource on an assumed control window.

Visual repairs and the Outpost workaround
The update repairs blurred Irisalis Transmog textures and several other Aniimo textures. It also corrects a disappearing bridge when visiting another player’s Home.
For the rare incorrect teleport to the green Outpost area, reloading the game is the stated workaround. The pod changes concern the Irisalis acquisition icon and the Windchase Departure showcase; they should not be treated as a newly announced capture bonus.
