Steam currently lists 13 languages for Aniimo's interface and subtitles, with full audio in four. Epic's page shows a shorter list. To choose a client, check the language column you actually need: translated menus and dialogue text do not automatically include a dub.
These are the storefront listings checked ahead of launch. They describe advertised support on each page; they do not establish that the finished Steam and Epic clients contain different language packs.

Voice acting, interface and subtitles mean different things

A translated store page is a fourth, separate thing. Browsing a shop in your language does not guarantee that the game supports it. Open the supported-language table rather than judging from the language used in the product description.
What Steam lists
The current listing groups into two useful sets. Every language below has interface and subtitle support; the distinction is audio.

Use the Steam language table when choosing the Steam version. Read the column headings along with the check marks: a subtitle check is not a voice-acting check.
Why Epic's page looks different
Epic lists English and Simplified Chinese audio. Its ten text languages are English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish (Latin America), German, French, Portuguese (Brazil) and Russian.
That creates two visible differences from Steam: Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese text are absent from Epic's list, and Japanese and Korean audio are absent from its audio list.
The Epic product page is the place to check its current advertised options. Older search results can retain earlier language tables, so use the page itself.
Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish
Both PC storefronts specifically name Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish (Latin America) for text. Neither table promises a Portuguese or Spanish dub. The regional labels also should not be rewritten as separate European Portuguese or Spain-Spanish support.

Check the version you will actually play
The PC tables above do not establish the language menus for PlayStation, Xbox, iOS or Android. Check the listing for the exact platform and region you will use. For mobile, also distinguish the app's store description from its advertised in-game language support.
Language choice and account choice solve different problems. If you plan to move between devices, use the accounts and crossplay guide before creating another character.
