Aniimo’s developer-published system requirements now set a clear hardware floor for PC, iPhone and Android. The current test build needs 43 GB of SSD space on PC or 25 GB of available storage on mobile, with separate minimum and recommended hardware targets for each platform.
The minimum column is the line a device needs to meet for the test. The recommended column is the better target for a smoother experience, especially if you are buying or upgrading hardware specifically for Aniimo.
- PC storage
- 43 GB on an SSD
- iOS storage
- 25 GB available
- Android storage
- 25 GB available
- PC graphics API
- DirectX 11 or 12
Minimum versus recommended specs
Minimum specifications are the supported floor. The developer warns that devices below that floor may be unable to launch the game or run it properly. Recommended specifications give the test build more CPU, graphics and memory headroom.
These figures apply to the game while it is still in development. The developer identifies them as test requirements and says optimization will continue, so the final launch requirements have not been locked. For the currently announced release timing and other confirmed reveals, see the Aniimo Gamescom trailer breakdown.
Aniimo PC requirements
The recommended PC tier pairs a modern eight-core-class processor with an RTX 3070 8 GB or Radeon RX 6800-class graphics card. The minimum tier starts at an Intel Core i7-9700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, but it still asks for 12 GB of RAM and a 6 GB graphics card.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| CPU | Intel Core i7-9700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X | Intel Core i7-12700F or AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, or better |
| GPU | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB or AMD Radeon RX 6600 | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB or AMD Radeon RX 6800, or better |
| RAM | 12 GB | 16 GB or more |
| Operating system | 64-bit Windows 10 | 64-bit Windows 10 or later |
| DirectX | 11 or 12 | 11 or 12 |
| Storage | 43 GB available on an SSD | 43 GB available on an SSD |
The SSD requirement applies to both PC tiers. A system can clear the processor, graphics and memory checks and still fall short if the 43 GB is available only on a hard drive.
Aniimo iPhone and iOS requirements
On iPhone, the device generation is the biggest difference between the two tiers. Both list 6 GB of RAM, while the recommended tier moves from an iPhone 12 Pro to an iPhone 14 Pro or newer.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Device | iPhone 12 Pro | iPhone 14 Pro or newer |
| Operating system | iOS 16 | iOS 16 or later |
| RAM | 6 GB | 6 GB or more |
| Storage | 25 GB available | 25 GB available |
The published list names iPhone hardware rather than providing a separate iPad minimum. Compare an Apple device against the exact model and memory requirements shown here instead of assuming every device that can install iOS 16 is supported.
Aniimo Android requirements
Android support is defined by chipset, memory and operating system rather than by phone model. The recommended tier asks for a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or MediaTek Dimensity 9200-class chipset and at least 8 GB of RAM.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Chipset | Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 or MediaTek Dimensity 9000 | Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or MediaTek Dimensity 9200, or better |
| Operating system | Android 10 | Android 10 or later |
| RAM | 6 GB | 8 GB or more |
| Storage | 25 GB available | 25 GB available |
Android 10 alone is not enough. The phone also needs the listed chipset class, RAM and free storage, so check the full device specification before treating it as compatible.
Check your device before installing
Use the complete platform row rather than comparing a single headline component. A PC with enough RAM can still miss the GPU floor, and a recent Android version does not guarantee a qualifying chipset.
Once the hardware check is complete, browse the Aniimo roster and start planning a group with the team planner. The published requirements tell you whether the device is ready; those tools help decide what to do once the game is running.
