Part II's Companion Handbook makes Hypnyto available on the free Standard track, while Advanced adds a Prismana Hypnyto Egg with Perfect Potential. Collector's Edition adds a separate package of immediate benefits on top of Advanced. Those are different reward promises, not three interchangeable ways to obtain the same egg.
Hypnyto is the announced Wind DPS companion with enemy-movement control and small traps that deal continuing damage. The Handbook comparison is about obtaining the creature, its Prismana Form and the edition extras; it does not require treating the announcement as a tested combat build.

Standard includes Hypnyto without a paid edition
Standard's announced rewards include one Hypnyto Egg and one Random Perfect Aniimo Egg, alongside Vein Essence, Sparkling Crystal and raising materials.
Those two eggs should be read separately. The ordinary Hypnyto Egg identifies the creature. The Random Perfect Aniimo Egg supplies a Potential guarantee but does not name Hypnyto as its guaranteed species. Neither statement turns the free Hypnyto reward into the paid Prismana egg.
For a player whose goal is simply to add Hypnyto to the collection, the free track is the relevant starting point. For a player targeting its specific Prismana Form with Perfect Potential, Advanced changes the reward identity.

The rare variants guide explains how Form and Potential fit together. A named species, a Prismana appearance and Perfect Potential answer three different questions about the hatch.
Advanced adds a specific form and progression rewards
Advanced's announced list contains:
| Reward | Announced amount |
|---|---|
| Perfect-Potential Prismana Hypnyto Egg | 1 |
| Hypnyto Soul, its evolution item | 1 |
| Sparkling Cube | 2 |
| Glimmer | 680 |
| Radiant Dreamshadow | 2 |
| Added Aniimo Box capacity | 5 |
The creature reward is specific: Prismana Hypnyto with Perfect Potential. Hypnyto Soul is listed separately as the evolution item, rather than being another egg or an EXP currency.
The Sparkling Cubes are also separate rewards. They are not an instruction to spend a Cube on the Handbook egg to create the stated Perfect Prismana result; that result belongs to the egg's own announced description.
Advanced unlocks the paid progression rewards. It does not mean that every reward from the list is immediately claimable before the required Handbook progress has been earned. The Companion Handbook guide covers that distinction between an edition's reward row and the levels needed to collect it.
Collector adds immediate extras on top of Advanced
Collector's Edition grants these additional benefits immediately:
| Extra | Amount |
|---|---|
| Added Aniimo Box capacity | 10 |
| Sparkling Cube | 1 |
| Glimmer | 200 |
| Primegy Battery | 5 |
| Handbook levels | 10 |
| Limited Avatar Frame and accessory | One of each |
The difference is the additional package, not a second independent Handbook to level. The five Primegy Batteries, extra Cube and ten-level increase sit alongside the cosmetic and storage benefits.
Across Advanced's listed progression rewards and Collector's extra package, the announced totals are three Cubes, 880 Glimmer and 15 additional Box slots. That is 2 + 1 Cubes, 680 + 200 Glimmer, and 5 + 10 slots. The sum compares the packages; it does not convert all of Advanced's progression rewards into an immediate payout.
This makes the edition choice more precise. The Perfect Prismana egg belongs to Advanced. Collector adds the listed immediate package and a ten-level head start, while the rest of the progression track still has its own earning process.
Weekly quests reset, while season chains accumulate
The new Handbook has no weekly EXP cap. Weekly quests reset every Monday at 04:00, while season quests are added over time and stay available through the current Handbook. Added season quests can require completing earlier quests in the same series first.
Daily Activity in the Institute Guide supplies another source of Handbook EXP. After level 100, the track enters cyclic rewards, up to a level-1000 cap.
Those rules distinguish an EXP cap from the supply of available tasks. No weekly EXP cap does not mean that a completed quest can be farmed repeatedly: the weekly and season quests are each completed once. A season chain's next objective can also remain behind its prerequisite even when more EXP would be useful.
The daily and weekly routine connects the recurring activities. For this Handbook, the useful sequence is to finish an available prerequisite, unlock its later objective and collect EXP from the tasks that are actually active.
The track closes in December, with a later Home return planned
All quests end with the current Handbook. The announced closing times are December 9 at 23:59 UTC for Europe, December 9 at 19:59 UTC-4 for Americas and December 10 at 07:59 UTC+8 for APAC. Those describe the same instant: December 9 at 3:59 PM Pacific Standard Time.
The featured Prismana egg is also planned to return through Home gameplay in Season 3. That is a future acquisition route, separate from the current Handbook's reward rows. It does not extend this track's quest deadline or turn its paid edition benefits into free rewards today.
For the current track, the decision stays tied to the exact reward: free Hypnyto, Advanced's Perfect Prismana egg, or Collector's additional package. The EXP rules explain how to progress toward the chosen row without confusing a purchase, a level increase and a claimed egg.
