Aniimo launch-week known issues
The live launch build is not available yet, so there is no launch incident to report as of August 31, 2026.
Platform: Pre-launch. Status: No confirmed issue.
Return when PC and console servers open on September 16. Mobile launches separately on September 23.
Investigating
The symptom is confirmed, but no dependable fix has been verified.
Avoid destructive troubleshooting. Save the exact message and wait for an update.
Workaround
A reversible recovery step is working for affected players.
Follow only the listed steps and verify the result before changing anything else.
Resolved
A server change or client update has addressed the incident.
Restart the launcher, install the current build and test once more.
Beta issues to watch at launch
Invite received, but the access page said “You weren’t selected” or the client said the account was not enrolled
Players reported the mismatch while July beta access was being provisioned. Some reports cleared when the beta opened.
Verify the correct account and storefront, then treat any widespread live recurrence as an account-service incident.
Do not assume the old beta entitlement applies to launch.
Invite or verification link appeared invalid, revoked or blank
Reported around the July beta invitation wave, particularly before access finished opening.
Use only the newest official message.
Never forward a one-time code or use a third-party download link.
Server list would not load or no server appeared
The client has several server-list failure messages, and beta players reported empty lists and disconnects.
Check the live tracker and official service notices before changing DNS, firewall or installation files.
Login or connection failed during heavy demand
The client includes queue timeouts, busy-server and temporarily unavailable service states.
Wait for the stated retry window.
Repeated rapid attempts can create a second verification or rate-limit problem.
Lag, heat or unstable play on mobile
The official Global Closed Beta welcome notice warned that mobile could lag or heat while optimization continued.
Test again once the September 23 mobile build is live, then compare the device with the published system requirements article.
Login and account error messages
Use the words in the first column as the lookup key. The identifiers behind these strings are internal text records, not player-facing error numbers, so the visible wording is the reliable handle.
“Failed to initialize the login screen”
“Failed to load the login scene”
- What it means
- The local login scene did not start correctly.
- Safest first response
- Close the game completely. Reopen the official launcher and use its repair feature before starting again.
“Login timed out”
“Login queue timed out”
- What it means
- The sign-in or queue did not answer before its time limit.
- Safest first response
- Check the live tracker. If service is busy, wait several minutes and make one new attempt.
“Login service is temporarily unavailable”
- What it means
- The account service is not accepting the request.
- Safest first response
- Treat this as server-side unless an official notice says otherwise.
Do not reinstall the game.
“Login data error,”
“Account login failed”
“Platform authorization failed”
- What it means
- The saved session or platform sign-in was rejected.
- Safest first response
- Return to login, sign in through the same official account or storefront, and request a fresh code if required.
“Your account does not have sufficient membership privileges”
- What it means
- The service does not recognize the required access on that account.
- Safest first response
- Confirm the account, platform and any console online-play requirement. If correct, capture the message and contact Support.
“Account error. Please try again later”
- What it means
- A nonspecific account-service response.
- Safest first response
- Wait, retry once, then report it with the time, region, platform and screenshot if it repeats.
Server, version and connection errors
“Version mismatch”
“Client update required”
- What it means
- The installed build and server build differ.
- Safest first response
- Close the game, reopen the official launcher or storefront, install the update and relaunch.
“Failed to get the server list,”
“Unable to connect to the server list”
“Server list data error”
- What it means
- The client could not retrieve available regions or servers.
- Safest first response
- Confirm ordinary internet access, check the tracker, restart the client, then test one different trusted connection if available.
“Failed to connect to the server”
“Server refused the connection”
- What it means
- The route reached a failure or the service rejected entry.
- Safest first response
- Check whether the selected server is open. If many players are affected, wait instead of changing local files.
“Server busy,”
“Server not responding”
“Server unavailable”
- What it means
- Capacity, maintenance or an unhealthy service.
- Safest first response
- Pause attempts and follow the known-issues tracker or official announcement.
A reinstall cannot create server capacity.
“The server is closed,”
“The server is not ready yet”
“Cannot enter the server right now”
- What it means
- The selected service is intentionally closed, not open yet or temporarily gated.
- Safest first response
- Confirm platform launch timing and maintenance. Try again only after the announced opening.
“Network unstable,”
“Network disconnected”
or repeated auto-reconnecting
- What it means
- The active session lost a stable route.
- Safest first response
- Let auto-reconnect finish once. If it fails, stop matchmaking, restart the client and test a wired or different trusted connection.
Friend, team and invitation errors
Most in-game invitation failures are state checks rather than connection failures. Before resending, compare both players against the multiplayer and co-op rules.
“You are on different servers and cannot team up”
- What it means
- The players chose incompatible servers.
- The state that must change
- Confirm both characters are on the same supported server before rebuilding the team.
“Only the team leader can invite”
- What it means
- A non-leader tried to add someone.
- The state that must change
- Ask the current leader to send the invite or transfer leadership first.
“The team is full”
- What it means
- No party slot remains.
- The state that must change
- Remove an unintended member or create a new party with room for the invited player.
Player is in a dungeon, matchmaking or busy
- What it means
- One player is inside an activity that blocks invites.
- The state that must change
- Leave the dungeon or queue, return to a normal world state, then send one fresh invite.
“Invite timed out,”
“Invite has expired”
“Invite link expired”
- What it means
- The invitation was not accepted inside its valid window.
- The state that must change
- Discard the old invite, confirm both players are ready and generate a new one.
“The player you invited has not unlocked this feature yet”
- What it means
- The recipient has not met that activity’s unlock condition.
- The state that must change
- Advance the required progression in the recipient’s world before inviting again.
The five-minute recovery order
- 1Save the exact message
Take a screenshot that includes the message, platform and selected server. Record the local time and timezone.
- 2Check launch or maintenance timing
Confirm that the server for this platform is open. PC and console launch on September 16; mobile launches on September 23.
- 3Match the scope
Check the tracker and official announcements. A busy, closed or unavailable server needs time, not local changes.
- 4Restart and update
Close the client and launcher fully, reopen the official launcher or storefront, and install any offered update.
- 5Test one network change
If the message names the network, compare a trusted alternate connection. Avoid stacking VPN, DNS, firewall and router changes at once.
- 6Repair only when the message points local
Use the official repair feature for login-scene initialization, missing files or a device-specific failure. Reinstall only after repair fails or Support directs it.

If the client reaches the menu but input is unresponsive, check the controls guide. If it launches but performs poorly, compare the device against the published system requirements article before treating the symptom as a server incident.
How to report an unresolved Aniimo error
Open Support from Esc → Support. An in-game report can carry build and account context, so use it first. When login itself is blocked, use the official Aniimo website or community channel rather than an unofficial form.
- Exact error text and a screenshot or short recording
- Date, local time and timezone
- Platform and storefront: official PC launcher, Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox, iOS or Android
- Selected region or server, without exposing private account details
- What happened immediately before the error and whether it repeats
- Client version, device model and operating-system version
- Connection type and whether one trusted alternate connection changed the result

Frequently asked
Does Aniimo have numbered error codes?
No. Aniimo uses readable messages such as Server busy and Version mismatch instead of a public numbered-code catalogue, so match the exact wording shown on screen.
What should I do when Aniimo says Server busy?
Check the live known-issues tracker and official service notices, pause repeated login attempts, and try again after the stated window. Reinstalling does not fix server capacity.
Why can’t I invite a friend in Aniimo?
Confirm both players use compatible servers, the sender is team leader, the party has space, neither player is in a dungeon or matchmaking queue, and the recipient has unlocked the activity.
When should I repair or reinstall Aniimo?
Repair when the client says the login scene failed to initialize or load, or when one updated device alone has a local file problem. Reinstall only after the official repair fails or Support directs it.
