Aniimo November 6 Fixes: DLSS, Debuffs and Hoptail

Re-equip Hoptail’s contracted Held Item to recover its enhanced skill. The new patch also repairs DLSS Frame Generation, disappearing debuffs and Egg Heist flight.

If Hoptail’s contracted Held Item failed to grant its enhanced skill, re-equip that Held Item. That is the specific recovery action in Aniimo’s November 6 patch. The same update repairs DLSS Frame Generation, stuttering on some laptops, disappearing combat debuffs and two movement or controller problems.

The combat changes name the affected skills. They concern an effect failing to persist, an enhancement failing to appear or an incorrect calculation, so a familiar rotation may now behave differently even without a larger stat number.

Re-equip Hoptail’s Held Item after the missing enhancement

The repaired case occurs after forming a contract with Hoptail’s Held Item: the enhanced skill was not granted. The official remedy is to equip that item again.

  1. 1Identify the contracted Held Item

This is the Hoptail item involved in the missing enhancement.

  2. 2Re-equip that Held Item

The patch says Pathfinders can obtain the enhanced skill through this action.

The recovery acts on an existing contracted item. Buying another copy, forming a second contract or evolving another Aniimo is not part of the stated remedy. The Held Items guide explains the equipment system around that action.

This repair also answers a different question from how to obtain Hoptail. It restores the enhancement attached to the item contract; it does not award Hoptail, an event egg or an evolution material. The notice names no replacement item cost or new skill multiplier.

DLSS Frame Generation and laptop stutter receive separate fixes

DLSS Frame Generation could fail to work. The November 6 update repairs that feature. A second fix addresses stuttering on some laptops.

Those are two specific symptoms. The first concerns Frame Generation itself; the second concerns a class of affected laptops. A desktop player’s broader stutter report is not automatically proof that the laptop-specific issue was its cause.

For a useful before-and-after comparison, return to the same scene and graphics configuration that showed the problem. A working feature and a measured performance gain are different observations. The patch gives no universal FPS increase or guarantee that every source of frame-time instability has disappeared.

The announcement also supplies no driver preset, manual file replacement or registry change. Its change is a game fix, so an old workaround should not be mistaken for a newly required installation step.

Tromber and Hexxin debuffs should stop disappearing unexpectedly

The debuff repair names three skills across two Aniimo:

AniimoAffected skill
TromberSpiral Blade
HexxinOozing Malice
HexxinMalicious Outburst

Debuffs applied by those skills could disappear unexpectedly. Repairing that behavior makes the applied effect’s persistence the relevant comparison. It does not establish a new duration, a larger damage coefficient or a rule that those debuffs last forever.

Dewple’s Rapids Dewdrop receives a separate correction for incorrect calculations. The notes do not give the old and new values, so the direction and size of the change cannot responsibly be called a quantified buff or nerf.

Our combat guide covers the timing and team context around these effects. As in the ATK comparison guide, compare the same skill and target under the same BREAK and buff conditions. A repaired calculation and a different combat window can otherwise become mixed together in one damage screenshot.

Egg Heist flight and the Park radial menu are repaired

In Operation: Egg Heist, players could become stuck in midair while flying. That flight blocker is repaired. It is distinct from yesterday’s Giga-Egg wind issue and the Gravity Pull course’s flying-Aniimo switch problem.

The controller radial menu at the Park also receives a fix for incorrect operation. This concerns the Park menu interaction, separate from the PS5 invitation-to-team repair in the November 5 update.

A returning session therefore has a precise action to revisit: the affected flight in Egg Heist or the Park’s radial menu. The new patch addresses those interactions; it does not change Egg Heist’s entry rules or announce a new Park reward.
