What Tracing the Trail is

The Polaris Institute unlocks investigation areas over time, each with its own objective and environment. Every dispatch needs at least two Aniimo and one of them has to be named the Leader.

Rating is the thing to optimise. Sending Aniimo that match an area preference raises the reward rating, and Prismana form or Sparkling Aniimo sense the residual energy and finish the investigation faster.

How to take part

1. Open the dispatch boardThe event tab lists every unlocked area with its objective and its preference conditions.
2. Send two Aniimo and name a LeaderBase rewards scale off the dispatched Aniimo. The Leader is the one that can receive the permanent Potential point.
3. Match the area preferenceMeeting the preference raises the reward rating for that investigation. Prismana form and Sparkling Aniimo shorten the run on top of that.
4. Collect and redispatchArea rewards land on completion, with a chance of one extra Chance Encounter gift.

The best line of play

• Lead with an Aniimo that is not yet at maximum Potential. An Aniimo already at the cap cannot take the Potential point, so it is the one roll you can waste.
• Keep a Prismana form or a Sparkling Aniimo free for dispatch duty. Faster investigations mean more rolls at the same gift table.
• Capaseeds stack toward Capafruit at 20, so five per gift is a real line into permanent stat growth rather than filler.
