Stat priorities

Start with the first priority and work down. These are practical build goals, not simulated stat weights.

  1. 1. ATK

Dark Soul, the dashes and Scythe Dance use physical damage.

  2. 2. Damage bonuses

Match the bonus to the element of the attacks you actually equip.

  3. 3. EP recovery

Keep the transformation and follow-up sequence affordable before adding filler casts.

Reset packs, finish elites or flex Grass

Combat loadouts

One execute, three coverage packages

Dark Soul remains fixed while Dark, Fire and Grass skills change the setup around the encounter. Each loadout has two active skill slots; the fifth entry is an optional swap for slot 2.

Carried items

Raise the execute floor three ways

Ferocious Fang sets the ATK baseline, Fission Needles rewards basic chains and EP return, Destiny's Dice raises execute burst, and Dreaple or Rookey supplies BREAK for elites.

Prepare one defeat, earn the next

A reset chain begins before the first Dark Soul is cast.

  1. Step 1: Prime the first target

Use the team to lower one enemy safely into Dark Soul’s scaling range.

  2. Step 2: Build Scythe Dance

Land its three hits to gain 8% damage per hit, up to the 32% cap.

  3. Step 3: Execute with Dark Soul

Below 50% HP, every 1% missing HP adds 1% damage to the base skill.

  4. Step 4: Take the free recast

Immediately select the next weakened target before the time-limited recast expires.

  5. Step 5: Protect Battlelust

Secure another defeat within 20 seconds to reach and refresh the two-stack 50% total window.

Execution notes

Make the build hold together

Use these encounter rules to preserve the rotation instead of forcing the same sequence into every target.

Mob packs

This is the ideal reset case: prepare several low-health targets before taking the first execute.

Bosses and elites

Bosses and elites offer no reset target, so treat Dark Soul as a scaling finisher after BREAK instead of holding it forever.
