Cornet Wind Band

Aim the setup at one target, then use the opening for Wind Bomb Rush. Flight helps offense but makes incoming hits more dangerous.

Start playing

Your first rotation

  1. 01

Prepare healing and BREAK, then have Tromber hand over to Cornet.

  2. 02

Confirm Scream Splitter hits one target before committing to Wind Bomb Rush.

  3. 03

Leave the airborne damage window before retaliation; use the charged ultimate only while the target remains available.

EP is your skill resource. BREAK is the vulnerable phase after the enemy’s break bar is depleted. An ultimate is the charged special skill. Read the full rotation and entry requirements.

At a glance

Stat priorities

Start with the first priority and work down. These are practical build goals, not simulated stat weights.

  1. 1. ATK

Improve the damage delivered during the opening your teammates prepare.

  2. 2. EP recovery

Keep the second rotation available instead of optimizing only the first burst.

  3. 3. HP and defense

Stay in range long enough to complete the useful part of the attack.

Party blueprints

Choose the team for the encounter

Start with the recommended four, then use the alternatives to cover survival or resource problems. These are kit-based starting teams; compare performance at your own investment. Core slots define this blueprint. Replace a flex member only if its replacement still covers the job described on the card.

Keep Gracewing for recovery while learning the bird handoffs. This lineup does not claim all three Movement effects.

Chirpi adds March in place of the dedicated healer. Check active Movement effects before relying on the three-effect bonus; four birds alone do not activate it.

Forms and typing

Check the form before investing

The loadout uses the stated elemental skills. Owning another form can change which skills you can equip; check the two slots before spending upgrade materials.

Two equipped skills and a deliberate swap

Use the numbered slots together. Slot 2 choice: keep the recommended skill for the main plan or replace it with the listed alternative for the stated job. Each loadout labels its equipped skills. An optional swap, where shown, replaces slot 2.

Held items

Solve the limiting stat first

Choose from these item options after checking their current level effects. Reliable turns and survival matter before an extra offensive upgrade.

Quick rotation4 steps · follow in order

Your first rotation

Follow the visible resource and target cues. Reposition or switch when the opening closes instead of finishing a sequence into danger.

  1. Step 1: Prepare a stable target

Heal first if needed, then create an opening. Have Tromber finish its support turn before Cornet enters.

  2. Step 2: Confirm the setup hit

Aim Scream Splitter at one target. Do not spend the expensive follow-up when the setup misses or the target is leaving range.

  3. Step 3: Commit only while safe

Use Wind Bomb Rush while the target stays exposed. Hold the setup skill for flight only when the incoming attack pattern permits it.

  4. Step 4: Leave before the counterattack

Use the ultimate when charged and the target remains available; otherwise return to the support cycle. A retreat preserves the next attempt.

Execution notes

Make the build hold together

Use these encounter rules to preserve the rotation instead of forcing the same sequence into every target.

Ranged retaliation

Airborne damage exposure makes a safe-looking hover dangerous against enemies that can still hit you.

Scattered enemies

Group first or use the Tornado alternative. Avoid assuming a same-target setup succeeded across several enemies.

Band completeness

Treat the three-Movement interaction as conditional. Check actual effects, not just the four species in the party.
