Your first rotation

  1. 01

Heal, prepare resources and approach before starting Dazmand’s timed entry.

  2. 02

With Spotlight Moment ready, hit Thunder Sweep as the first skill within five seconds of entry.

  3. 03

Switch to the Lightning carry and use the 20-second crit window. Add Electricity Shock only when its control is worth the time and EP.

EP is your skill resource. BREAK is the vulnerable phase after the enemy’s break bar is depleted. An ultimate is the charged special skill. Read the full rotation and entry requirements.

At a glance

Stat priorities

Start with the first priority and work down. These are practical build goals, not simulated stat weights.

  1. 1. ATK

Thunder Sweep grants 20% to 35% Lightning-damage CRIT Rate for 20 seconds, scaling with Dazmand’s ATK. Check the current tooltip after changing gear; extra ATK cannot raise this buff beyond its cap.

  2. 2. HP and defenses

The sweep needs a close-range hit. Survive the entry before spending resources on extra damage or a more ambitious rotation.

  3. 3. REGEN

Fund Electricity Shock and entries where Spotlight Moment is unavailable. A free first skill does not make the whole support turn free.

Party blueprints

Choose the support around Lightning attacks

Use the resource team for a funded channel, the field team for Lightning pressure, or a dedicated breaker when the carry needs a protected opening. Core slots define this blueprint. Replace a flex member only if its replacement still covers the job described on the card.

Prepare Fulmintis’s critical-hit channel

Lightning Channel HandoffRecommended

Heal and place the recovery wave before Dazmand’s final handoff when the fight allows it. This team funds the channel but has no dedicated breaker; choose the protected version below when the target keeps interrupting.

FulmintisBasic

Core

Uses Lightning critical hits during the channel to trigger its EP refunds.

SomniwingBasic

Flex

Place the EP-recovery wave before the crit handoff; save sleep for an opening against an eligible target.

GlacyBasic

Flex

Heals before the carry commits without requiring a Prismana skill unlock.

Support Fenmane and Blazen

Field and BREAK RelayLightning field

Fenmane prepares the field, Dazmand supplies the Lightning crit window and Blazen applies BREAK pressure. Gracewing keeps the setup healthy. Return to Fenmane while the buff is still active.

FenmaneBasic

Core

Prepares the Lightning field and uses the opening for Lightning attacks.

BlazenBasic

Flex

Lightning skill critical hits help build Overcharged before the BREAK handoff.

GracewingBasic

Flex

Heals and cleanses the team. Its Wind attacks do not receive Dazmand’s Lightning crit bonus.

Trade EP support for a safer opening

Protected Channel EntryDedicated breaker

Helmut prepares BREAK and Glacy heals before Fulmintis channels. Cast Thunder Sweep near the handoff instead of spending most of its timer on a long setup. Budget the carry’s EP without Somniwing.

FulmintisBasic

Core

Commits its Lightning channel only once the target gives it a safe opening.

HelmutBasic

Flex

Supplies the protected BREAK opening; its non-Lightning attacks do not gain the crit buff.

GlacyBasic

Flex

Keeps the breaker and carry healthy before the damage window starts.

Forms and typing

One form, a complete support kit

Dazmand’s Basic Form supplies this loadout. Thunder Sweep and Electricity Shock do not require an alternate-form unlock.

Combat loadouts

One buff and one optional control skill

Thunder Sweep is the reason to enter. The second slot should solve a problem without keeping Dazmand on the field longer than the team needs. Each loadout labels its equipped skills. An optional swap, where shown, replaces slot 2.

Held items

Raise the buff, then make its delivery reliable

ATK strengthens Thunder Sweep up to its cap. Use HP, defenses and recovery to fix failed entries before optimizing secondary damage.

Prepare, sweep, hand over

Start the crit timer when the Lightning carry is ready. Check the free-entry cooldown again before the next support turn.

  1. Step 1: Finish slow setup before entering

Heal, refill resources and position the team while Dazmand waits. Enter close enough to connect the sweeping kick within the trait’s five-second window.

  2. Step 2: Land Thunder Sweep first

Hit the target to grant 20% to 35% Lightning-damage CRIT Rate for 20 seconds, scaling with Dazmand’s ATK. With Spotlight Moment ready, this first skill costs no EP instead of 30.

  3. Step 3: Choose control or an immediate handoff

Electricity Shock adds five Lightning Debuff stacks. It applies five seconds of Paralysis only if the target has more than five stacks after the hit. A clean target reaches exactly five, so one cast alone does not meet the condition.

  4. Step 4: Let the carry use the remaining timer

Switch to Fulmintis or Fenmane once the opening is ready. Extra attacks, travel and support casts all spend the same 20-second window. Refresh for the next damage turn rather than casting Thunder Sweep repeatedly without a purpose.

  5. Step 5: Use the ultimate when its hits have a job

Lightning Storm costs 100 Ultimate Points, deals 12 hits and applies one Lightning Debuff stack per hit. You can move during it. Use those hits for a deliberate stack or damage phase; a long support turn leaves less of the crit window for the carry.

Execution notes

Make the build hold together

Use these encounter rules to preserve the rotation instead of forcing the same sequence into every target.

The bonus follows Lightning damage

Thunder Sweep buffs Lightning-damage crits across the team. A Lightning-typed Aniimo’s Grass, Water or Dark attack does not gain that bonus. Choose Dazmand for the attacks you plan to use, not just the carry’s type label.

Upgrade reach, not the crit percentage

The Core Skill upgrade costs one Prismatic Stone and gives Thunder Sweep a 50% larger range. The 30 EP cost, 20-second buff duration and ATK-scaled 20% to 35% crit bonus remain the same. Upgrade when reaching or grouping targets is the failed step.

Free entry has two conditions

Spotlight Moment must be ready, and the first skill must be used within five seconds of entry. Casting Electricity Shock first spends the free skill on that move. Re-entering before the 15-second cooldown ends does not reset it.

Core Skill support slots have a smaller job

In Team Combat Mode, judge a Dazmand support slot by Thunder Sweep. The slot does not give you a second equipped skill or Lightning Storm to cast. Do not budget its borrowed Core Skill as free because ordinary Dazmand has Spotlight Moment.

Control needs both stacks and an eligible target

The stack check is not a promise that every boss can be paralyzed or pulled. Keep a breaker or defensive answer when control does not work, and preserve the crit-support role.
